Model 1002-F

This machine has been designed to mold cables, connectors 
and printed circuits using manual closing and opening molds.
The technology used for the operation of this machine is defined as “Macromelt Molding” and is used where watertight insulation and mechanical seals of specific products are required. This technology uses the 100% Macromelt polyamide material with thermoplastic and adhesive characteristics, which is melted and injected into a specific mold for each type of 
product. As this is an innovative technology, Samec is always available 
to provide further information and ensure the success of the 
product. In the construction of this machine techniques and materi
als have been used that guarantee a long life. All mechanical 
parts have been treated to prevent oxidation due to the en
vironment. The mechanical movement parts are mounted on bearings and the sliding shafts are ground, hardened and mounted on bushings. The electronic part has been realized with maximum functionality and reliability criteria, using highly integrated components. The pneumatic components are of high quality and readily available in all European and other European paresis.
