CALOTEC AB was founded by Erik Cavallari in 2010 and is located in Vänersborg, Sweden.

We can offer our customers everything from the simplest repair, service agreements and planning of complete solutions for the production of cabling.

Calotec is part of a network of like-minded hard-working and knowledgeable technicians who help each other for mutual benefit with the customer in focus. Between us, we have many decades of experience in the industry.

Maintenance and repairs

Do you have any applicators or machines in place that don't work, or at least not as well as they should?
For such a quality-critical part of the manufacturing process, it is surprising how many tools are used with worn and defective parts.

Send us your tools and we'll give them a thorough inspection and service. Spare parts can normally be obtained quickly and your applicator can be back on site in good condition in no time!

Operator and maintenance training

Training can be tailored to suit the needs of each individual or groups, e.g. knowledge of crimping technology in theory and practice.

Service and maintenance agreement

During the last few years, the time we spend servicing our customers' machines has increased significantly. Due to tighter budgets, it becomes even more important to keep older machines running in good condition.

We can offer contracts for emergency repairs and preventive maintenance which will always be prioritized over all other types of work.

Regular service visits for preventive maintenance with agreed dates and times.

If you have a contract with another service provider and it is soon time to renew, we would really welcome the opportunity to give you a competitive quote.
