Ulmer SM15 2 PT
The cutting machine SM15 2PT enables the user to save product data and offers the convenient and secure reproduction of items. The wide scope of options allows the universal application in all areas. Medical products can be processed as well as products for the automotive sector. Special applications can also be supplied.
The optionally available multi-lane infeed guide and the synchronised belt drive assure the exact positioning of the material up to the cutting blade. Various foil, shrinking tubes, fabric, insulation, wires and round cables are just to name some of the wide range of materials which can be processed.Different cutting blades are available which allow a perfect application to the customers demands. The effectively designed cutting unit enables to process wire up to 70 mm² in perfect cuts.
The SM15 2PT is driven by a powerful servo Motor and allows an exact positioning.
The touchscreen of the machine is designed for the industrial use and easy to operate. The SM15 2PT can be extended by various additionally available monitoring and cutting units in order to optimize the customers production process.
By additional equipment of our extensive product range, the SM15 2PT is – like all machines of the SM15 and SM30 series – extendable up to a full product line.
