This machine is designed for processing single core and multicore cables, with or without insulation, and also counts the quantity, measures the cutting, stripping or sheathing length without replacing the blades. It is extremely easy to use thanks to a control panel equipped with a 7” touch screen display. At any time, the operator can view the status of the machine, set or correct the working parameters, and receive information regarding machine diagnostics. The cutting unit and blades have been designed to ensure maximum reliability and durability. The machine is designed to work in line with the following Samec machines: motorized reel unwinder, feeder, marker, and stacker through interface connectors that allow signal exchange between machines and centralized emergency management. Techniques and materials have been used in the construction of this machine to ensure long-term durability. The casing is made of welded sheet metal and all mechanical parts have been treated to prevent oxidation due to the environment. The mechanical moving parts are mounted on bearings and the sliding shafts are ground, hardened, and mounted on bronze bushings. The electronic components have been designed for maximum functionality and reliability, using highly integrated components. The pneumatic components are high quality and easily available in all European and non-European countries. The electrical system complies with the specific industry standard EN60204-1.
