In order to process flat cables wider than the parameters listed on the table (see Technical Characteristics), we can supply a specific Unit H compatible with wider cables.

AL32/50 is composed of a motorized unit which pulls the cable, while the feed rate is controlled by Unit H; the higher Unit H is elevated, the faster the feed rate. In order to process flat cables wider than the parameters listed on the table (see Technical Characteristics), we can supply a specific Unit H compatible with wider cables. AL32/50 is designed to pull flexible round or flat cables and feed cut / strip machines or cutting machines. The continuous adjustment of the cable is achieved by the movement of Unit H, through which the cable passes. It controls the transport speed, automatically synchronizing to the speed requirements of the cut / strip or cutting machine. As more cable is needed, Unit H rises, increasing the feed speed until it is synchronized with the other processing machines. If Unit H reaches its maximum height, it halts all machines to which it is connected. 
The prefeeder is equipped to work in conjunction with SAMEC machines. If the prefeeder stops or is damaged, the connected cut / strip machine also stops processing. Movement transmission is achieved through two conveyor belts automated by an electric motor. The central unit is laterally protected by fixed side panels screwed to the structure and frontally by hinged and locked plexiglass case. Manufactured using high quality methods and materials, the machine guarantees long term durability. The case is constructed in welded metal and all mechanical details are treated to prevent environmental oxidation. The mechanical movement components are assembled on bearings and the sliding shafts are ground, hardened and mounted on bushings. Electronic parts are produced with reliability and functionality in mind, using high integration components, while the top quality pneumatic parts can be easily found in Europe and abroad. The electrical system conforms to EN60204-1 industry regulations.
