Uncoiler with stand and overflow protection, Max 700 kg
The uncoiling device is designed to hold coils of plastic or metallic hoses,
such as corrugated pipes, insulation pipes, hydraulic or compressed air hoses and similar materials, up to a maximum coil weight of 30 kg. The device can also be used for thin cable coils.
The internally ball-bearing rotating plate enables easy material removal, while the surrounding 200 mm high winding protection effectively prevents layers from falling off the rotating plate.
An integrated brake reduces the overrunning of the rotating plate after sudden tightening by a processing machine.
